Why screening before lab matters.
Lab turnaround for dust-wipe clearance is 3-5 business days. The crew is idling. The homeowner is waiting on a re-occupy clearance. A field screen with FluoroSpec gives a same-day pass/fail.
Screening is not lab certification.
