Shipping Policy

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are picked, packed, and shipped from our 3PL fulfillment partner the same business day or the next business day after the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed on the next business day.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, please email eric@detectlead.com as soon as possible. Orders move quickly through our 3PL — once a label is generated we generally cannot reroute. We will do our best to catch the order if you reach out fast.

Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your order does not arrive, contact eric@detectlead.com with your order number and we will arrange a reship at no additional cost.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, email eric@detectlead.com with a photo of the package and contents along with your order number. We will send a replacement.
