I built this kit because I needed it to test my own kid's stuff. If it doesn't work for your house, I want your money back. Here's exactly how that works.
Within 365 days of delivery, you can ask for a full refund and you'll get it. No restocking fee. No return shipping. You don't have to send the kit back (the reagent is a consumable). You don't have to give a reason. One email and it's done.
Email eric@detectlead.com with your order number. That's the whole process. I read every one.
I process the refund within 5 business days back to the card or method you used, including original shipping. Your bank takes its own time to post it (usually 3 to 7 days more).
Damaged, wrong item, or missing pieces? Email eric@detectlead.com with your order number and a photo. I fix it at no cost to you. That isn't a refund-window question; it's just the right thing to do.
I'd rather refund a hundred people than have one parent feel like they wasted money testing their kid's stuff. Lead exposure is silent and lifelong. If the only thing standing between a parent and a test is fear of being out the price of a kit, that's on me, not on you. So I take the risk. That's the deal.
