Data Subject Requests

You have rights over the personal information we hold about you. Use this page to ask us to access, correct, port, delete, or stop selling or sharing your personal information. The form below sends your request to eric@detectlead.com and is logged in our queue.

What you can request

• Access. A copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Correction. Fix inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Deletion. Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, completed orders we are required to retain for tax purposes).
• Portability. A machine-readable copy of your data.
• Opt out of sale or sharing. Stop the sale or sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. This right applies to California residents and to residents of any state with comparable opt-out laws.
• Limit use of sensitive personal information. Restrict the use of sensitive personal information to what is necessary to provide the Services.
• Withdraw consent. Withdraw any consent you previously gave (for example, consent to receive marketing email or SMS).
• Appeal. Appeal our response if you believe we got it wrong.

You can also send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from a supported browser. We treat GPC as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information in jurisdictions that recognize it.

How we verify your request

To protect your information, we verify that the request actually comes from you (or someone you authorized) before we act on it. We will typically ask you to confirm details we already have on file, such as the email address associated with your orders. We will not ask you for sensitive information we do not need.

Authorized agents

You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may contact you directly to verify the request.

Timing

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 days. If we need more time, we will let you know and explain why.
