You scanned your baby bottle and you got your own result. If you send it back, the next parent does not have to scan blind. It takes two photos and one short form.

What we need.

A back-stamp / brand-label photo.
Bottom of the bottle, the molded brand mark, the SKU sticker if present.

A UV photo of the result.
The green glow (or the absence of one) at the painted measurement marks.

The brand + size + lot if printed.
Batches vary from lot to lot, so the more lots we have on file, the better the next parent can match.

What we publish.
PII strips off.
No names, no ZIP, no purchase date. The dataset only gets the brand, size, lot, and verdict.
Submitted scans show up at /check-your-dish within 48 hours and at /baby in the bottle lookup.
