The handful of things only you know: who signs, who would run it, your blood lead testing counts, existing partners. Everything else is public data I pull myself.

Narratives written to the scoring rubric, the budget worksheet, program design built on your existing rehab and weatherization partners, match letters assembled.

Your team reads everything, changes anything, and signs as applicant of record. It is your application. I am just the labor.

Filed through your grants.gov account, on time, complete. If you win, the award funds the staff who run it. If you do not, you have a finished application to resubmit next cycle at almost no cost.

Why it's free, honestly

I make lead dust detection products for a living. Funded lead programs are good for the field I work in, and some of them, over the years, become customers through their normal purchasing. That is the whole business logic, and you are welcome to it.
