The pop-out dock

When this page loads, an offer panel appears on the right. After a few seconds it slides off into a tab on the edge. Tap the tab to bring it back, or the × to dismiss it.

It is a reusable component now: drop it on any page and put anything inside, an offer, a chart, a form, a reminder. This one holds the free-kit offer.
