You tell us the county, city, or ZIP codes you cover. We pull the public records: the year every home was built from the county assessor, Census figures on housing age and poverty, and HUD's lists of federally assisted housing. Older homes are far more likely to have lead paint, so we rank each neighborhood and each home by when it was built, using the model I published in AGU GeoHealth in October 2026 (how the model works).

You get a page like this one for your area, a map down to the individual house where the county publishes build years, a ranked address list sent to your staff directly and not published, printable handouts, and a few free kits to try. All of it is free, with no purchase required.

The map and the lists come from records that counties and federal agencies already publish. I don't use medical records, any child's blood lead result, or owner names. The address list I send a program isn't posted anywhere, and public maps like this one show only the build year the county assessor already publishes. A build year is an estimate of risk, not an inspection.

The kit's active ingredient is made by Fluoro-Spec Inc. under an EPA-authorized Low Volume Exemption under TSCA Section 5 (40 CFR 723.50), and programs buy the finished kit on an ordinary purchase order or card. It is a field screen that makes lead visible. It is not an EPA-recognized test kit and does not replace XRF or lab dust-wipe clearance where those are legally required.
